All Services are provided on a project basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon at the start of each engagement.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your career history, education, skills, and professional background
• Respond to writer queries in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• Review delivered documents promptly and provide feedback within the agreed review period
• Use the career documents produced solely for lawful job application and career purposes

3. Accuracy of Information

AVON Writing Solutions relies entirely on the information provided by the client to produce career documents. We do not independently verify the accuracy of your career history or credentials. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information in your career documents is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

Providing false or misleading information on a resume or career document may have legal and professional consequences. AVON Writing Solutions accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Ownership and Copyright

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the career documents produced for them. AVON Writing Solutions retains no rights to use, reproduce, or distribute your personal career documents without your explicit consent.

AVON Writing Solutions retains ownership of all content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our website content is prohibited.

5. Revisions Policy

We offer free revisions to ensure client satisfaction. The revision process is as follows:

• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of document delivery
• Revisions are based on the original project brief — requests requiring significant new information or scope changes may be treated as new projects
• The 5 Years Free Updates policy applies to updates reflecting genuine career progression (new roles, promotions, new skills)

6. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. Express delivery timelines (24-48 hours) are available at additional cost and subject to writer availability. Timelines begin after receipt of all required client information. Delays in providing information may extend the delivery timeline.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as confirmed during the project consultation
• Work commences after payment confirmation
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes
• Pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins

8. Refund Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction and offer unlimited free revisions. However:

• Refunds are not provided once writing work has commenced
• Partial refunds may be considered if work has not yet started
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Any refund disputes must be raised within 7 days of document delivery

10. Limitation of Liability

AVON Writing Solutions provides professional writing services with the goal of improving your career prospects. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to job offers, interview calls, admissions, or visa approvals. Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including job market conditions, employer preferences, and individual application strategies.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
